Founded in 2014 by Melbourne entrepreneur Tony Brady, the group has grown to five hotels and apartment properties across the CBD. Tony’s vision of a genuinely guest-focused accommodation experience has helped Brady Hotels & Apartments build a strong reputation in Melbourne’s hospitality scene. Born from opportunity rather than a grand plan, our growth has been hard won and our team has earned real recognition for the way they look after guests.
THE BRADY STORY
From our first property, Brady Hotel Central Melbourne, the group expanded quickly, adding Brady Hotel Jones Lane in 2019, followed by Brady Apartment Hotel Hardware Lane and Brady Apartment Hotel Flinders Street in 2021 and 2022, and most recently Brady Hotel Elizabeth Street, opening in Winter 2026.
All five properties are ideally located close to Melbourne’s best restaurants, bars and cafes, public transport, iconic attractions, theatres, entertainment venues, major retail precincts including Collins Street, Block Arcade, Melbourne Central and Emporium, and key business hubs.
