Terms & Conditions
All reservations made at Brady Hotels & Apartments are subject to the terms and conditions specified below. Any person making a reservation is deemed to have accepted these terms on behalf of all guests included in the booking.
Photographic Identification
Government issued photographic identification must be presented upon check-in. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation and a charge equivalent to the full booking amount.
Guarantee
Credit card details will be required at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
Payment
A valid credit card must be presented upon check-in. Payment is required at check-in unless prepaid or otherwise arranged. A credit card number is taken to cover incidental charges such as food and beverage, damages, or additional cleaning. We do not accept cash or cheques. Interim accounts must be paid upon presentation. Any outstanding charges may be charged to the card used to guarantee or pay for the reservation.
Rates and Charges
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change due to availability, currency, and taxes. “From” rates are indicative and may vary by date. Bookings made directly with the hotel or via phone are non-commissionable unless agreed in writing.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
Reservations must be cancelled by 2:00 PM, 24 hours before the arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation on flexible bookings. No-shows will also be charged one night on flexible booking conditions. Group cancellation policies may vary—see Group Terms below.
Check-in / Check-out Times
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available and may incur additional charges. Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
Age Policy
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Party policy
Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Breach of this policy may result in eviction without refund.
Third party, products and services
Brady Hotels is not liable for errors, omissions, or representations by third-party providers, including those involving coupons, vouchers, or external booking agents.
Group Booking Terms
A group booking is defined as 5 or more rooms. Group bookings require a non-refundable deposit (amount and due date advised at confirmation). Final balance is due 14–30 days prior to arrival. A full rooming list is required 14 days before check-in. Group cancellations or reductions made after the deadline may be non-refundable. The organiser is liable for any damages or disturbances caused by group members. We will do our best to allocate rooms together, but this is not guaranteed.

Smoking Policy
All rooms and public areas are non-smoking. Breaches will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted, except for registered assistance animals.
Force Majeure
Brady Hotels is not responsible for failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Website Use & Booking Responsibility
You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts to make a booking. You are financially responsible for all transactions made in your name.

Travel Insurance
We recommend guests obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as illness or travel delays.
Event Periods / Blackout Dates
Special conditions may apply during major events (e.g. minimum stays, different cancellation policies). These will be communicated at the time of booking.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be subject to Victorian jurisdiction.
