The hotel does not have an onsite car park, however we recommend Wilson Carpark if requiring self carparking.

Brady Apartment Hotel has a partnership with Wilson Carpark at 300 La Trobe Street, Melbourne, which is located 300 metres walk from the hotel. You can choose if you prefer to visit the hotel reception first and drop off your luggage or park directly.

Please take a ticket at the carpark entry, then collect a follow-on ticket from reception on your arrival. On departing the carpark pay at the ticket machine, insert initial ticket followed by the follow-on ticket, which will reduce your parking cost to $20 per 24hours or per exit.

Please note opening hours on entry, as carpark is locked and secured overnight from 12am - 6am.

The hotel gym is located on level 17 and is equipped with Life Fitness Treadmill, Life Fitness Cross-Trainer, Life Fitness Bike, weights machine, stretch mats and an exercise ball

Guests can access our self-service guest laundry located on level 14 of the hotel.

The Hotel features over 50 channels both free to air and cable.  Simply pick up the remote and find a channel.

You can program a wakeup call on your in-room phone by simply following the prompts.

Brady Apartment Hotel sits within the boundary for Melbourne’s Free Tram Zone which allows you to hop on and off trams free within the Melbourne CBD.

At the hotel, we like to try be as environmentally conscious as possible to try reduce our carbon footprint. In order to do this we;

• Don't provide water bottles in the room. The water in Melbourne is safe to drink from the taps so if you need water, we recommend using this.
• We offer a towel replacement service. Towels are replaced daily if you leave them on the floor, however if this is not required, please leave these hanging on the hook behind the bathroom door. This will help minimise the energy we use on washing towels that have only been used once.
• Power in the room only works when the key cards are placed in the slot. If you are leaving the room, please take your key cards with you to avoid unnecessary power being used when you are not using it.
