Smoke Detector
If the smoke detector in your room goes off while cooking, DO NOT open the door to the hallway. Instead, open the window in your room and call the reception immediately.

Our comfortable mattresses are designed to provide excellent support while also promoting a restful sleep experience. Our pillows are also carefully selected to ensure that they complement our mattresses and offer the perfect level of comfort and support.
However, we also understand that everyone has their own preferences when it comes to pillows, and what may be comfortable for one person may not be suitable for another. That's why we offer our guests the option to request softer pillows if they find that our current pillows aren't to their liking.
If you find that our pillows are too firm or not to your preference, simply contact Reception, and our staff will be happy to assist you. We have a limited number of softer pillows available, and we will do our best to provide you with a pillow that is more comfortable for you.

Daily Housekeeping
All rooms are thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival. We offer daily servicing throughout guest stays.
To promote sustainable practices, Brady Hotel Jones Lane kindly requests guests to hang up their towels for reuse or request clean towels from the reception, as they do not provide daily towel changes.
In addition to our standard cleaning procedures, our housekeeping team has participated in additional training from LUXXE Hotel Services for a new program of in-depth cleanliness and disinfection training procedures. This program includes training on the use of hospital-grade disinfectant, ensuring that all surfaces in our public spaces and guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis.
Our housekeeping team also wears masks and gloves as required when on duty, providing an extra layer of protection for our guests and team members alike. We understand that cleanliness and hygiene are more important now than ever, and we're committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our guests to enjoy.

Self Serve Laundry
Our self serve laundry is located on Basement 2 and has two washing machines and two dryers.
Whether you're on a long trip and need to do some laundry, or you just need to freshen up a few items, our guest laundry is the perfect solution.
Our laundry facilities are easy to use, with clear instructions provided for our guests. Our washers and dryers are regularly maintained to ensure that they are in good working order.

24 hour Reception
Check out time is before 10am. Our friendly Reception team are available 24 hours to assist you with your every need.
Check-in time at our hotel is after 2 pm, ensuring that your room is ready for you to relax and unwind after your travels. If you arrive early and your room is not yet available, our team can store your luggage for you so you can explore the local area while you wait.
Check-out time is before 10 am, but if you need a little extra time to pack up and depart, we recommend checking with our reception team to see if a late departure is possible. Our team will do their best to accommodate your needs, subject to availability.

Heating and cooling
All rooms have individually controlled heating and cooling systems.
Using the heating and cooling systems is straightforward and easy. Simply locate the air conditioning panel on the wall of your room and turn it on. Once you've done this, you can select your preferred mode and temperature, and then press "ok". From there, the system will begin to adjust the room temperature accordingly.
If you have any questions about using the heating and cooling systems, the Reception staff are always happy to help. They can provide guidance on how to use the system or troubleshoot any issues that may arise. By providing this support, the establishment ensures that their guests are comfortable and well taken care of during their stay.

Fire and Security
We are here to look after you. For your safety and security, we lock the front doors each night. Your room key will let you back in and there is the duty managers mobile number displayed in case.
In case you require any assistance or face an emergency, the duty manager's mobile number will be displayed at the front desk or in your room. They are available 24/7 to help you with any queries or concerns you may have.
Additionally, we encourage all guests to take some time to review the evacuation procedures on the back of their room doors. This will ensure that you are well-prepared in the unlikely event of an emergency. If the fire alarm sounds, please follow the instructions provided and evacuate the building as quickly as possible. Remember, our staff members are always on hand to help you with any queries or concerns you may have.

Wi-Fi is free in your room. Jump onto Brady Hotels Wi-Fi and use the password bradyhotel all lowercase.
To connect to the Wi-Fi, all you need to do is jump onto Brady Hotels Wi-Fi network and enter the password for the current month. For this month, the password is bradyhotel (all lowercase). Once you're connected, you can browse the internet, check your email, stream videos, and do whatever you need to stay connected to the digital world.
We understand that staying connected is important for both business and leisure travellers, and that's why we've made it a priority to offer high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. So, whether you're here for work or play, you can rest assured that you'll be able to stay connected with ease.

Google Chromecast on TV’s
All rooms are now fully equip with Google Chromecast, simply select HDMI on the TV and follow the connection prompts. Click Read More for the instructions to connect.
All you need to do is select HDMI on the TV and follow the below connection instructions:
1. Connect to Brady Hotels Wi-Fi using password from reception
2. Press Source on TV remote control, use arrows to select HDMI
3. Chromecast page will appear on screen, with mobile device scan QR code (with device camera) or type https://cast2.tv into a web browser
4. Enter pairing code and press connect
5. Once connected, select streaming app, press play then once playing on device click on cast icon at top of device to start casting to TV
6. When you have finished casting, TV screen will display a wallpaper. To continue casting press play again on device
7. To return to TV Channels press Source select URL Launcher. If channels don’t appear switch tv off and on again. Then use the program buttons to select channel
Please Note: Each time you disconnect from hotel Wi-Fi you will need to reconnect with the TV if you would like to cast to the Chromecast.

Car Parking
The hotel does not have an onsite car park, however, we have a secure parking option 100m from the hotel.

The hotel has no affiliation with the carpark, simply take a ticket and then pay at the pay machine on your day of departure.
